As a Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to help YOU achieve your goals by working closely with you by designing fitness programs tailored to your needs, your likes and your schedule.

I remember how intimidating the gym was when I first started going 10 years ago. I would stick to cardio machines, maybe glance at a couple of the resistance machines, but there was no way I was ever going into the free weight section. I remember having trainers that would give me basic, generic programs, that were either too advanced for me so I would give up, or made me feel uncomfortable and self conscious, so I would avoid doing them.

I’ve been there, done that and learning from my experience, I want to give my clients the confidence they need to reach their goals, by designing programs that they are comfortable with, but at the same time making them work hard and challenging them.
